Cancellation and Refund Policy

Website users and business clients are requested to read this cancellation and refund policy carefully.


In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at Premier IT Zone, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation will not be allowed once the project has already been initiated.


We at Premier IT Zone, always extent our endeavour to deliver the highest quality work and project for our clients. If you, at any point of time in a development is not satisfied, you can ask for the refund.

In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 30 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.


We facilitate an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring Premier IT ZONE for your project so that you can see and have first hand experience about the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services.

 Custom Design Project

Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all money paid are retained by Premier IT Zone and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.


When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds will be given for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. An administrative fee (as applicable) will be charged on the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page on our site. Premier IT Zone may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.


Customer comprehend, acknowledges, and agrees that Premier IT Zone has no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage transpired in that case, and shall be there no refund will be made to the client in that regards.

Customer’s website may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity. Some search engines and directories may take as long as two (2) to four (4) months, and in some cases longer, after commencement of plan to list and/or update Customer’s website. Occasionally, search engines and directories will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Premier IT Zone is not responsible for changes made to Customer’s web site by other parties that adversely affect the search engine or directory rankings of Customer’s web site.

 Website Hosting

Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount


Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Premier IT Zone (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred by Premier IT Zone as a result of any claim, judgment, or adjudication against Premier IT Zone related to or arising from (a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data or any other information, content, display, or material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by Customer to Premier IT Zone (the “Customer Content”), or (b) a claim that Premier IT Zone’s use of the Customer Content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. To qualify for such defense and payment, R Premier IT Zone must: (i) give Customer prompt written notice of a claim; and (ii) allow Customer to control, and fully cooperate with Customer in, the defense and all related negotiations.


If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended with immediate effect and without notice. An applicable chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.


Design costs paid to Premier IT Zone are non-refundable. Printing costs paid to Premier IT Zone are refundable only if printing error is administered to be our fault. We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred due to printing errors or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect or inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. We provide the design files via email or online only. No actual items will be shipped to you.

Premier IT Zone reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
